There she was responsible for leading the North America Executive Coaching practice and the Project Management Office reporting to the Group EVP, Americas. She was responsible for all aspects of the practice and project management office in the United States and Canada including up to four dozen full-time staff and 350+ project staff. She served as the North American Community of Practice Lead for Leadership Coaching and as a key member of the Global Center of Excellence for Leadership Coaching. Holly’s powerful coaching capability is further supported by a strong and functionally diverse background in sales, sales management, customer service, and operations management.
Holly received her MBA from Ottawa University and BS (Management) from Cardinal Stritch University. She is a Master Certified Executive Coach (MCEC) with the MEECO Leadership Institute, an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach, and a certified Integral Coach®.
